These terms describe the small inventory service Boxes provides and the responsibilities that remain with workspace owners and trusted collaborators.

1. Service scope
Boxes stores user-provided workspace details, box records, item lists, statuses, and activity behind private capability links. It is an organisation tool, not a moving company, storage provider, insurer, security service, or inventory valuation service.
2. Private links
Manager, household, and box links are bearer credentials. Anyone receiving a full link may exercise its permissions. You are responsible for sharing links appropriately, keeping the manager link private, and replacing access that reaches an unintended person.
3. Your content
You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and suitability of everything entered. Do not store passwords, access codes, financial details, identity documents, or highly sensitive descriptions.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt infrastructure, automate excessive requests, or use Boxes to inventory unlawful goods.
5. Availability and data loss
The service is provided as available and may change or be interrupted. A lost manager link cannot be recovered. QR labels are conveniences and do not guarantee identification, custody, condition, or recovery of physical property.
