Privacy policy
Boxes is designed to collect only the information needed for one moving or storage inventory.

1. Information stored
We store the workspace title, optional move date and note, destination rooms, box labels, priorities, statuses, item names, quantities, optional notes, and activity timestamps. Accounts, email addresses, and app installation are not required.
2. Capability security
Raw manager and household capabilities remain in URL fragments and are sent to the API in dedicated headers. The database stores cryptographic hashes. View-only box capabilities are independently derived and can be replaced without revealing the workspace.
3. Analytics
Optional GA4 analytics loads only after consent and only on localized public routes. Manager, household, box, and label routes, URL fragments, inventory content, and private identifiers are excluded.
4. Technical records
Infrastructure may temporarily process IP addresses, request metadata, and error diagnostics for security and reliability. Logs must not intentionally include capability headers or URL fragments.
5. Control and retention
The manager link can update or remove data, replace sharing links, and close or reopen a workspace. Boxes does not currently provide accounts, automatic expiry, or self-service recovery. Contact support for data questions.
6. Contact and safe use
Send privacy questions to sympify.info@gmail.com. Keep item descriptions minimal and do not record information you would not safely disclose to every holder of the relevant link.
